All products within www.almera.com are guaranteed by the brand's own manufacturer, importer or distributor companies for at least 2 years. Special offers and additional installment features made by companies to stores do not include our company, and for + installment transactions, they are made within the scope of fee by contacting the service.

Are the Products You Sell Guaranteed?
Yes, all our products are guaranteed by our company. Exchange transactions are carried out by our company. Since our company is the manufacturer of Almera branded products, the warranty for these products belongs to our company.
You can get your defective product together with the invoice or warranty certificate, from the warranty document or from the contact information you can find on our site, and have it repaired or replaced under warranty.

The Product In My Order Is Broken What Should I Do?
The warranty of all the products we sell belongs to our company and the repair or replacement procedures are carried out by our company. If your product is more than 1 month old, you can contact us directly.

You can have your defective product repaired or replaced under warranty by contacting us with a copy of the invoice and / or warranty document, with the contact information you can find on the warranty document or on our website.
If you send your defective products directly by contacting us, you will get faster results.
For products with serial numbers, we can easily find the warranty coverage from the serial number of the product and start the repair process.

 

Product Return Conditions

Refund Conditions
• All products sold on www.almera.com are under the warranty of our company. www.almera.com acts within the framework of the Consumer Protection Law in return transactions. In all purchases made on www.almera.com, the package containing the product must be opened with the cargo officer regarding the product you have purchased and a report must be made for the missing products. The return of a product is generally subject to the following conditions:
In order to return the product, its packaging must be unopened and the box undamaged.
However, due to the nature of the products and services, different return conditions may be applied in some categories of www.almera.com.
The following return conditions for the products that differ according to the general return procedure before purchasing the product are primarily valid. Please send the products you want to return with a note attachment stating your return reason and your invoice in order to make statistical studies about the product.
If the invoice of the product you want to return is corporate, you must send it together with the return invoice issued by the institution when returning it. The return invoice must be issued without including the shipping share (product unit price + VAT). Order returns whose invoices are issued on behalf of the institutions will not be completed unless the return invoice is issued. Any deterioration in the product and its packaging,
In cases where breakage, destruction, tearing, use and other situations are detected and the product cannot be returned in the state it was delivered to the customer, the product will not be returned and the cost will not be refunded. If the products coming to www.almera.com are delivered in accordance with the return conditions, the refund of the product amounts will be processed on the day the product is delivered to us. The period of reflection of the refund to your account is at the discretion of your bank. Refunds made to the credit card will be reflected in the account within 1 to 3 weeks at the latest, and payments made by money order within 1 week at the latest. Cargo will be paid by us for shipments made in accordance with the return conditions.

Return Period

• In general, you can return the product you purchased with the product invoice as you received it within seven (7) days from the date of purchase, without opening the box and damaging the resalability of the product.
If you want the products you have ordered to be canceled without stating a reason before the cargo is released, you can request a refund from support almera@almera.com.tr or from the order return section from the contact forms. After the approval, the amount you have paid within 7 working days will be returned to your credit card without any problem.
Before sending the product to us, you must inform us of your return request by filling out the contact form in the contact area. Please send us a signed letter stating why you returned the product along with the package, after we receive the confirmation of the return by our technical department. You will be notified by phone or e-mail confirmation information. If the products coming to our technical service are delivered in accordance with the return conditions, the refund of the product amounts will be processed on the day the product is delivered to us.


Teslimattan Kaynaklanan Problemler;

In case of damaged package;
- Damaged packages should not be received and a report should be submitted to the cargo company official.
- If the courier company official thinks that the package is not damaged, you have the right to open the package and check that the products have been delivered undamaged, and ask for the situation to be determined with a report.
- After the package is received by you, it is deemed that the delivery company has done its duty properly.
- If the package has not been accepted and a report has been kept, the situation should be reported to www.almera.com as soon as possible, together with the remaining copy of the report. www.almera.com will provide a new and healthy delivery as soon as possible. 
 
Product Faults

• All products sold on www.almera.com are under the warranty of our company and repair or replacement procedures are carried out by us.
With the invoice and / or warranty certificate of your defective product, you can have it repaired or replaced under warranty by contacting the nearest authorized service. You can find the authorized service information from the product warranty document, user manual. The products you send to www.almera.com are also directed by us to our technical team and results are obtained.
